We want every Raven Armor customer to be fully satisfied. If your jacket does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within the designated timeframe.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests can be made within 7 days after receiving your order. To qualify for a refund:
• The jacket must be unused and unworn
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• A valid order number must be provided

Refunds are not available for custom, personalized, or special-order products.

Refund Process

Once your returned jacket arrives at our facility, it will be inspected by our quality control team. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

If your jacket arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately before sending it back so that we may assist you appropriately.
